Our Cancellation Policy

If you’re like a lot of people, getting your hair cut, a health check up or teeth cleaned seems like a great idea a few days/weeks ahead of time, but then the day of the appointment arrives and you have a schedule conflict, you forget or you just don’t want to go.

We are an appointment-based service provider, we don’t want our clients to forget about their  appointments last minute, cancel before their allotted time or lose their appointment slot due to tardiness. We want to service our customers with the best experience possible. We have implemented a reminder texting service to the number provided by customer.

We have a $25 cancelation fee for
no-call no-shows, last-minute cancellations, or late shows.

We honor the reservation for the time the client chose, we do not provide a “grace period” late time. Cancelations can be done up to an hour prior to appointment. If there is NO client in the chair our craftsmen barbers have no compensation for the time that they reserved for you. That’s why many service businesses, including ourselves, charge cancellation fees.

To help prevent these policies from catching you by surprise, it’s a good idea to read the business’s appointment scheduling and cancellation policy carefully. 

Our steadfast scheduling allows us to assign every guest with the proper time to receive the best service possible while not overlapping into the next customer. 

If you disagree with our cancelation policy we recommend a shop with a walk-in business model instead.
